Put a nice roast in the crock pot last night, and then added some potatoes and carrots. Thickened the drippings and made gravy! Will serve with some rice and something green - prob green beans. Thinking about baking some brownies or bar cookies from scratch, but know if I do, I will be the one that eats the most of them!
