The Agenda - October 11 - 17
This week's items for the upcoming dinners du jour will include grilled mahi mahi with melted butter (hush puppies/ranch beans), smoked German sausage (macaroni and cheese if I don't do ranch beans with the fish), beef taquitos with green chiles, and hamburgers with Nolan Ryan beef. I'll also be sneaking out once or twice and will fill you in on what places I end up at, and also may have to shop for a few more sides.

Tonight is gonna be 2 big ol racks of hickory smoked ribs(I can smell right now), bbq baked beans, some ears of corn on the whole husk grilled on the BBQ and probably a nice green salad and some corn bread with fresh butter on top. Got some Fat Tire ale in a tub of ice on the patio just waitin for the afternoon game!
Hubbys home so we are having homemade flour tortillas, grilled steak fajitas with fire-roasted peppers and onions, some beans, rice to accompany with some guacamole on the side also...can't bring myself to do sour cream now...
Spaghetti with my homemade sauce. Got some nice Portuguese sausages that I'm gonna grill and put in the sauce too!:-)
