Friday night I'm firing up the boiler and we take all of the above plus some nice Italian sausage and toss it in. Once done we spread it out on news paper and paper plates and dig in. Everyone gets a claw cracker, some fresh butter and an ice cold beer.
Yup, just gonna head the truck facing west, closing my eyes and hitting the gas. Just gonna follow my nose! Hope you have enough for the croud heading your way. Oh, yumm! If not enough seafood left for me, I could just make a meal of the corn, so pick extra, but not til the water's boilin'.

Chicken breast tenders that I made in butter and oregano from the garden as well as garlic. Put that over some rice.

The salad is sitting out but I didn't get any. That will go in the todays snack part.

Two of my favorite seasonings; butter and oregano. Mine I'd need fresh lemon juice too. Yum. And rice is alway a +.
I just might have to make cutlets tomorrow night.
