Tilapia filets, with butter and garlic, in individual aluminum foil tents, baked in the oven, served with a sauce made from mayo & Crystal hot sauce; served with a large portion of white rice and grilled shrimp

Inspired by someone who had a thread on soaking beans and slow cooking.

I am making a 15 bean mix in the crock pot with polish sausage, onions, garlic, tomatoes, fresh basil and cilantro and whatever else I can think of to add in thru the day.

If it is thick, I am serving over rice, if it is thin, it will be a soup.

Well, hubster said he was craving sloppy joes, then yesterday everybody here was having sloppy joes, so guess what we're having tonight! Yep. Leftover turkey. No...just kidding. Sloppy joes, "light" potato chips and who knows what else. I'm sure fresh cukes and pickles. We'll see what else pops up.
