Hot day here in Perth, so it's got to be barbeque! Got some lamb chops marinating now - in dijon, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, white wine and rosemary. Just cooling the potatoes so I can make a potato salad. A green salad with that will be nice. We'll eat outside.

Tonight we are having Shrimp with chopped red pepper,onion,sugar snap peas and carrots in General Tsao sauce with rice on the side.

I'll probably have the shrimp and grits w/ grilled asparagus, tasso ham, and spicy red pepper cream sauce for my entree

grilled veggie bruschetta w/ goat cheese and a balsamic reduction for an app (shared)

Nice and cool here today, so maybe we'll cook out! If so, it'll be boneless pork chops with grilled veggies. If not, it'll be roasted pork loin with brussel sprouts and steamed cauliflower. Oh, and the always present pickels and olives. We are out of cukes for now, tho. Will have to fix that soon.

cool front? Tis to be 103 here this afternoon.

Set up crockpot with stew~ should be ready in time.

roast cut into cubes, potatoes either quartered or sixth, onions, brown gravy mix, carrots quartered,salt and pepper. more veggies added later so not to overcook

Celebration supper, with the neighbors & their Pheasant hunters. (season opened today!) after spending 5 hours, carving pumpkins, with my grandson, I'm grateful someone else is cooking!
