My mom is cooking tonight. She's making steak, mashed potatoes and gravy. I'm contributing the biscuits.

I'm in for the Lobster Tails too!

We had broiled Flounder, baked yam, stewed tomatoes, and sauted zucchini w/Parmesan cheese sprinkled on them.

Hee, Hee, no more kids at home...I don't have to set a good example on how to eat vegetables, fruit, and healthy eating habits any more. Hee hee...I had ice cream with a banana for dinner. I don't even cook any more.

Last night was a mediterranian style salad. tonight is left overs since I'm tired and run down and will be in bed before my husband gets home.

Salad had tomatos, peppers, cucumber, onion, garlic, feta cheese, anchovies, olives, olive oil and red wine vinegar.

Somehow lost 2 more pounds even on DH's Burger Street nurse-the-sick diet.

Great news cause I have been really plateauing for a while. Tonight's dinner is baked chicken parts and brussels sprouts. Probably an english muffin on the side.
