Today's dinner will be my simple BBQ chicken. We eat the sauce served over rice. I'll probably mix a slaw salad to go with it or maybe not. The strawberry cake is gone, so I'll probably bake a chocolate pie this time for dessert.
Tonight I'm making 3 kinds of christmas cookies to give as gifts this weekend. I'm making crackle-top chocolate cookies, peanut blossoms, and lemon bars.
Therefore dinner will be salad and one of those rotisserie chickens from the market!
Plans got changed. No chili. Roast pork loin from a recipe provided by DKVA. Pickled beets, tomatoes, and a green veggie.
