This week's dinner selections at my abode will include stuffed portobello mushrooms (the garlic aroma is intense!) and lasagna in two meals, and another involving some boiled squash. For today's after-work meal, I'll choose between either Taco Cabana or Jason's Deli. *** On Christmas Day, my mother is planning the following: beef tenderloin, scalloped potatoes, creamed spinach, rolls, apple cake with caramel sauce, tea, and coffee. Should be a good spread.
Merry Christmas to all fellow foodies, and bon appetit!
All you can eat pizza~~couple of girls that were in our youth group are home on leave from the military. We are all getting together to see them. Ever see how much a group of teenagers can eat?
Last night we had fried nigari tofu, baked acorn squash and mixed green salad with tomatoes, onions & sesame seeds.
Tonight is a holiday solstice party. We're taking cajun blackened red salmon hors d'oeuvres from our summer catch.
