We'll have Christmas leftovers tomorrow. Tonight we had spaghetti with a quick shrimp and cherry tomato sauce I threw together. There was garlic, chili, green onions, cherry tomatoes in olive oil, then the shrimp, some white wine, lemon juice. A bit of cream at the end with some chopped basil and parsley. It was real nice.
Tonight is leg of lamb with some veggies and mashed potatoes. I have the leg of lamb in the crock pot now, simmering in some red wine, water and herbs. I will add the veggies later so they don't get overcooked.
