I am making spanakopita from scratch (with frozen filo, though) and I am experimenting with chicken; I am baking chicken pieces with lemon juice squeezed in and the squeezed lemons thrown in, garlic salt, balsamic vinegar, a bit of water (to help keep it moist as it bakes), some lemon pepper Mrs. Dash, and some fresh rosemary and thyme from my yard. I hope it comes out well!
I'm seeing a recurring pattern here with leftovers. I love them I don't have to cook all weekend if I don't want to. Of course all the desserts are already gone which is a good thing except for all the cookies.
