Bought a refrigerated pizza crust, rolled it out into a rounder shape, and made a pizza!

We were going out to Mexican BUT you get home from work-tired. So nixed going out and ordering from Dinner Driver (deliver from local restaurants who don't deliver or have pick up)
Years ago when our kids were young loved going out to eat. Now it is just the two of us going out has lost its appeal.
We're ordering barbecue-wings-chili & sandwiches.

Happy New Year Foodies!!!

It's the afternoon of January 1st here in Perth and I'm getting together a leg of lamb for dinner tonight. Slow-cooked, a Greek recipe I've used for years .... in a Dutch Oven I put the leg of lamb, with the zest of one lemon, juice of two lemons, about a cup of white wine, a cup of water, oregano, lots of garlic, s&p. I also place peeled halved potatoes (lengthwise) in the pot too so they almost steam with the juices. It's one of our favourite ways to do lamb.
