I made lasagna yesterday for New Year's Eve. We also had salad and wheat French bread with it. We'll probably have leftovers for dinner today (although I don't think black-eyed peas will be very good with it....heheheh).

Fresh cooked honey sesame ham that has been cooking on low heat since about 10pm last night. Cooking at 200° now. By tonight it will be flaky tender. Brussels sprouts on the side with black eye peas.

Well, I have to switch yesterday's menu with today's!

Yesterday, we ended up at a Chinese buffet.

Today we are having the pizza and tossed salad.

I took educator's idea and made up a very large tray of meat and cheese lasagna. It is resting right now and the leftovers will be fantastic.

My kids are at their fathers so I am alone. I am thinking of making spaghetti noodles and putting some of this premade Bertolli sauce on it, pretty good stuff. I have a prime rib out defrosting for when my sons come home tomorrow. That is our usual New Years Day meal.
