There is very large Boston butt roast in the oven. Mashed potatoes, and several green and yellow vegetables of my wife's choosing will be added.

All this food in here sounds so good I haven't eaten today been busy in baking mode.

Supper is going to be taterburger casserole, cole slaw and beets.

For all who celebrate it Merry Christmas and safe travels if you need to do that.

I'm making ham today...maybe turkey tomorrow.

At work, they had a luncheon for everyone in the store when I was there last night, and they saved back some food. One of the things they held for us was loaves of bread---which would probably be fed to five or six people if served at the restaurant. Even after they let us take a WHOLE loaf to eat with our company provided dinner, they had more than a dozen loaves left. And they encouraged us to take some home--since they were "just going to throw it away". I grabbed four loaves. I can make sandwiches with some (hence the ham), and save a loaf of it for garlic bread for dinner tomorrow instead of buying refrigerated biscuits to cook up.

Supper plans went astray. Finally had cheese burgers all the way with some good sweet corn. Pork shoulder is finally done and ready for tomorrow now.
