This week's dinner selections will include some long-awaited hamburgers with Nolan Ryan beef (may do just a cheeseburger today [mustard, lettuce, pickles, and cheddar] and then on Wednesday or something, I'd like to do some chili cheeseburgers), chicken fajita tacos, jambalaya using Holmes Smokehouse beef sausage, and, finally, some lasagna. Later in the week, I may get my crockpot back out and see about making some shrimp gumbo. I'll keep you posted if it happens. Not sure yet what I'll do for the Super Bowl, but we'll chase that rabbit next time.

On a chicken kick so tonight it is chicken chili. The nice thing is it's in the crockpot so I can go to bed at a decent hour tonight for my morning classes and hubby still has a nice warm meal ready for him when he gets home.
