More comfort food! Spaghetti with meat sauce and mushrooms, salad and garlic bread. And best of all -- it's ready to go. I made the meat sauce last night, have sauteed the mushrooms and the salad greens are mixed. All I have to do is cook the spaghetti and heat the bread. Yeah and yum!

That gives you plenty of time to eat cake !!!

Gee, I wish some of you would include recipes, or invite company (ME!!) for dinner.

It was out of a box. At least it isn't burned, dry, with these hard lumps in it. They did say put three whole eggs in there.

Funfetti with strawberry frosting.

Green bean casserole with the ingredients I bought for Christmas and never used. Comfort food on a very cold night here - almost single digits.

To all of the posters who are freezing -- I hope you have some great comfort food dinners this weekend. I see on the Weather Channel where a lot of you are hit hard. Checked on some property outside of Chattanooga and the man who watches it for me could still barely make it to the nearest store. It's cold in Atlanta but we missed the ice and have power.
