That pizza with the ham. Used a different cheese.

I am almost positive now that it crisped up because of using a thin layer of horseradish sauce instead of a tomato-based sauce. It didn't insulate the tortilla as much and so it crisped up more.

Looks like rain--again! That's ok though cause DH decided to cook up some country style ribs with sauerkraut, potatoes and lots of fixin's to make it all a stew type thing. It's very good!! The best part is I only have to do the clean up and that's a breeze! Think I'll drink to that!

I don't get off work until 8 tonight...so I doubt I'll be eating anything. If I do it'll probably be fruit! Everything is in season and I'm LOVING it!!!

Turkey meatloaf -made with onions, yellow pepper, salsa,oatmeal ,parsley &egg whites then ketchup on top the last 10 minutes-really good! (recipe calls for cilantro-as DH does not like it-I used fresh parsley)
