Tonight is a bit far away still, but last night we had spicy blackend fish w/ rice and veggies, and I made Bread Pudding for the first time for desert. It was beeyootiful if I say so myself. We could almost have been back in New Orleans, except it was about 38 degrees outside!

I made pizza on a tortilla, like so many times before. But I put some different things on it, and it cooked up different as well.

I had horseradish sauce, ham, cheddar cheese and black olives. It bubbled up and got real crisp at only 375. My tomato sauce based pizzas never did that!
