In honor of Fathers Day, we are having steak, baked potatoes, an iceberg wedge with blue cheese dressing, and banana pudding ice cream for dessert!

Well I adapted a "Rachel Ray and a Food Networks Kitchen recipe" into a Tortilla Soup yesterday. Not bad..very spicy. Today being Fathers Day my bunch is taking me out...I'm thinking Chili's. It's close and I like them. Happy Fathers Day!!

I'm going back to my southern roots, thanks to the poster a couple days ago.

Crock pot roast, black eyed peas, turnip and mustard greens, corn bread, and I think I'll whip up a bit of rice pudding for my crew.

I swear I will be in the gym every day this week. I swear, lol!

I'm having some coleslaw tonight. It's had enough time in the refrigerator by now for me to divvy it up and eat.

My wife and two kids took me to Acme Oyster House for father's day and we had charbrolied oysters, oysters on the half shell and a cup of red beans and rice.
