Just got the go ahead to thaw some haddock. Things are looking up. So looks like fish, rice with bacon tomato gravy, and spinach. No coconut cream pie. It's all gone.

The closest thing here for stuffed peppers would be raw ones stuffed with either chicken or tuna salad. It's a great time of year for that. Those don't heat up the house making the AC work harder. Cooked bells and I are arch enemies.

Tonight is pulled pork and refried beans in tortillas to make burritos with sour cream, salsa, sweet onions and a bit of cheese on the top. Easy and so good!!
