I remember using Bosco. I hardly ever have it anymore, but I can only drink Yoo-hoo b/c it is not whole milk, so to me whole milk tastes funny. Can't drink pre-made half-gallons of choc. milk without dilluting it with 75% skim milk to 25% choc. milk. Tastes like drinking a milkshake otherwise.
That was probably why it tasted off! They had the chocolate straws right next to them in the store, never used those. Looked a little weird. New generations of chocolate milk lovers can do those.
I remember Bosco, too. Didn't realize they still made it. When I was a kid, many decades ago, I remember that Bosco came with a plastic clown's head on it with a red had and a yellow fluted collar. The syrup came out of the tip of the clown's hat. Does anyone else remember that?
