Couple weeks away from heading south....any improvement in the water?

I think there has been some improvement, not everywhere, but in some places. I think some canals that dead end are still seeing some problems, but not so much the river, etc.

But someone may have better info than I do, I have been out of the loop for a bit.

Right after Hurricane Harvey passed, even though it didn't touch us it must have steered the bad tide away and it's been nice.

I've seen a few days ago that the water at the beaches are beautiful and the canals are now clean.

I just learned the same thing today. I know a Cape Coral police officer who is on their police boat, and he said the storm seemed to blow the green stuff and red tide away. No more dead fish, and he said they just went out into the gulf and there was green water (the good kind of green water).


So, it looks like things are sorta back to normal.
