There is a ton of info on this site...just run a search. if after that you still have questions then ask.

Both are great family areas, both have great schools, both are pretty $$$, Southlake has more shopping.

Hi - both areas are very nice... average home prices are well into the $400's, although there are some options below that price point. Both communities have good schools, shopping, and entertainment.

Both areas are really nice, Southlake's 11 out of 11 schools (Carroll Independent School District) rated exemplary!.

Expect to pay really high prices for a decent home, average home prices around $450K, some lower priced homes can be found but they're probably quite old!.

Excellent shopping & dining too, with great access to DFW Airport, Grapevine, and North Texas cities.

Hi! There are plenty of housing opportunities in both communities, and while they can be pricey, there are options within both communities, and just outside them which are more affordable. I do love the accessibility of the entire Metroplex from these cities. The schools are top of the line, and entertainment is close by. The towns are also beautiful and very well maintained.
