I'm not passionate about Basketball anyway, but I was just too embarresed to root for the NJ Nets anymore after their incredible losing streak... I definitely wasn't going to switch over to the Knicks either
76ers was just the alternative

NHL-San Joes Sharks---and the Edmonton Oilers if they ever have a decent team. Also I'll support any Canadian team in the playoffs as long as they aren't playing the Sharks;
MLB: San Diego Padres, St. Louis Cardinals
NFL: San Diego Chargers
NBA: San Antonio Spurs and anyone playing against the Lakers or Celtics (maybe the Heat now, too)
NCAA: Texas Longhorns and anyone playing against the Sooners
