> 60%: Jacksonville, Indianapolis, Columbus Louisville, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Portland, Virginia Beach, Omaha, Tulsa, Minneapolis, Colorado Springs, Salt Lake City, Des Moines, and Boise.
The White population of some of the listed cities may have dipped below since 2000, most notably Minneapolis and Columbus. The reason I say this, is because of the heavy immigration from Africa, Latin-America, and Asia to these two cities respectively.
Umm...anywhere seeing that there is lower unemployment and less racial discrimination. Funny thing too is that a study done showed that even minority bosses were more likely to hire a Caucasian worker than a minority worker of the same race.
That's not what I'm experiencing in the greatest city in the world, where so-called minorities are the majority of the populus now. It's quite the reverse, and when I hired, I did the same thing (gave the jobs to nonwhites). Studies are so precariously subjective, whether it comes to the data treatment or the sample pool(s). There is no lower unemployment, either. You might want to look at THIS country's statistics. If things are so good where you are, apparently outside the USA, could you sponsor me for a job around your way? Thanks.
oh my gosh---i have funny eyes, play rap music loud(i'm getting deaf),and mariachi music---sing loudly in spanish, and am of european descent---i must not be white
Thats ok, I am born in Sweden, have Swedish parents and grandparents and so on for hundreds of years. But I happened to have light brown eyes and slightly olive skin tone, so I can't be white either.
But I do listen to old school Metallica and I can sing Swedish folk songs so thats a plus.
New York City has about 4.5 million white people. Is that enough for the OP?
There are 8.2 million people living in New York City and 35% of that is White. There is no way in hell there are 4 million White people living within the city limits of the Big Apple.
Any city in Europe, Canada, Australia, Argentina, Northern New England, the Pacific Northwest, Montana, the Dakotas, Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Minnesota, and the majority of communities in most states outside of the South. Even in Upstate NY, all of the major cities are still mostly White or at least in terms of plurality. I think out of all of the communities north of NYC in NY State only Mt. Vernon, Spring Valley, Rochester, Dunkirk, Amsterdam, New Rochelle, White Plains, Newburgh, Elmhurst, Poughkeepsie, Buffalo, Port Chester, Monticello and Middletown are POSSIBLY "minority" majority. I'm only 100% sure about Mt. Vernon and Spring Valley and many of the other communities might have a lot of "Hispanics" that consider themselves to be White too. So, there might be some crossover there. If you look at the school district demographics, that might be a better indicator of how an area will be within 10-20 years. You can check that out for NY State here:https://www.nystart.gov/publicweb/Home.do?year=2007 (broken link) (Just click on a county to see the districts and the demographics of each).
