South includes Va.NC.SC GA and Florida. VA> has always been "Southern". I know it does not seem that way today when considering the DC area, but VA. is still as south as you can get.....depending. States in question like De. Md. PA NJ I will call mid Atlantic. North Atlantic is NY. MA. CT. NH. and Maine.
Well I guess that makes it Delaware on down, so here we go again.
