Instead of scouring the net for memes, maybe you should pick up a history book sometime.

That's the part of Florida that is more "Southern" anyways.

Yes, yes, but list all the events that happened in any other Southern state outside of Texas and Florida, and the whole page would be knocked down.

I have to admit, Florida and Texas are the two odd states out in the South. It's interesting to know they are the most populated southern states as well. Can see these two taking a different stance when it comes to public Transit easily!

Cities: Atlanta...no contest. The most insufficient transit system for a metro this size.

States: Florida...no contest. I-75 going into Florida is an absolute joke. A state of more than 20 million should have a much better transit system. Northern Florida from Pensacola to Jacksonville is insufficient. I-75 all the way is insufficient. Orlando....sigh...smh. FDOT ought to be ashamed.

Nope. Atlanta at least has heavy rail. Try Houston, that only has few measly light rail lines.

Your right though and I can agree with this. Atlanta's system may be insufficient for a Metro its size but it's in a much better position than Houston... It's a city of over 2,000,000 and no HRT, just those few LR lines. That's crazy IMO.

Houston's bus system is decent though, right? That doesn't totally make up for lack of rail transit, but it's not nothing.
