Milwaukee's east side is stunning. In the far lower righthand corner of the last link, a 44 story luxury apartment building will be built. The city just received approval for that.

Very nice and more than I was expecting from Youngtown, though I knew they had at least a few areas that were nice. To be honest, it just seems like a city that just needs a lot of infill.
