Didn't want to get too political in this particular part of the forum, but since you mentioned it, I don't find it funny at all. Sure walls won't stop all of it, but are you saying they don't even help mitigate it?

If walls didn't work at all, why aren't other countries (including Mexico's southern border) tearing down their walls?

I'm not one to leave my doors unlocked at night and I'm relatively sure you're not either.

Just because no one has tried to break in your home means that you should start leaving it unlocked. And I'm specifically talking about the United States where the overwhelming majority of undocumented immigrants come from the air.

I don't think any region can match the brashness and pride of Texas. Maybe NYC, Chicago, Philly, Boston?

You mean those who have overstayed their visa's? And stop trying to minimize the open border situation. US authorities detained more than 1.7 million migrants along the Mexico border during the 2021 fiscal year that ended in September, and arrests by the Border Patrol soared to the highest levels ever recorded. Compare to 600,000 who overstayed their visas in 2017 - I don't have recent stats, but please provide them if you've got them.
