That's a low priority, honestly. Here are the traffic volumes between interchanges on the Pennsylvania Turnpike...

23,000 from the Ohio state line (Exit 0) to I-376 (Exit 10)

41,000 from I-95/I-295 (Exit 356) to U.S. 13 (I-95 Exit 42)
41,000 from U.S. 13 (I-95 Exit 42) to the New Jersey state line (I-95 Exit 44)

The only segment of the Turnpike with less traffic than the Ohio state line to I-79 is from the I-70 east junction to I-81.

This makes more sense, though even that might only be necessary from PA 98 to I-86. Here are the traffic volumes between interchanges on I-90 in Pennsylvania...

As others have mentioned, I-71 between Cleveland and Columbus is 6 lanes in its entirety, along with 80/90 across Northern Ohio between Youngstown and Toledo.

I think I-76 between Pittsburgh and Youngstown should be 6 lanes along with 90 between Cleveland and Buffalo
While inpressive, the I-65 section from the KY/TN state line should be 8 lanes through the Rivergate/Goodlettsville exit. This section of interstate receives heavy truck traffic because there is no northern bypass around Nashville. This area is very dangerous during inclement weather. There are no runaway ramps or shoulders. I understand those will be added with the new widening project. Not completing I-840 was a major mistake for TDOT.
