Philly's City Hall is gorgeous. I'm also partial to LA's.

I love Philadelphia's city hall. It is very pretty and the location in the heart of the city is awesome!

Los Angeles has a nice city hall. In character for the 1920's construction and I like the monuement like design that seems to draw the eye upward. It seems fitting for a government building and has become a symbol for the city.

The Minneapolis city hall is very nice, except I don't quite like the color of the roof. All in all this is a beautiful building.

Can't beat Philly's. Every time I walk or drive by it I just stare. It's such a fantastic building.

I would say NYC is the best city hall. However I cannot deny that Philly's city hall is a good one as well

I agree, Boston City Hall looks like a concrete college (public) library. Not sure if it was the time it was built --- or maybe because Boston has so many old buildings they wanted to try something different! It is certainly not the worst city hall but it does not belong in Boston, lol.
