LOL, what makes you think I haven't visited? I've been to NYC several times and the food is very good. I have no interest in moving there because it isn't laid back enough for me. I don't think it's better at all foods than everyone else... but there's nothing wrong with taking pride in your city.

Best Pizza/Italian is in the Northeast, and best in the NY Metro Area specifically.

Best seafood is in Massachusetts, Hawaii and Long Island

Best Greek is in NY / NJ

Best Mexican is in Southern California and New Mexico

Best Polish and German Food is in Pennsylvania (and best in the Scranton/WilkesBarre and Pittsburgh metro)

I know California gets harped on for having bad Pizza so we will call it a wash because the East Coast has horrible Mexican food lol

You haven't tried Sushi in California then. It's on a different level.

I remember watching Conan Obrien on the Tonight Show just after he moved to LA from NY and he said that the Sushi out west was WAY better lol. But then again he said he couln't find a decent bagle shop out West =)
