When I use the term "drug users" I mean people who buy drugs and use them, and people who obtain and use the drugs in such a way that an accomplice or victim has to buy them.

Laws against drug possession are already legislated. I'm not arguing that those laws are good. Only that they should be obeyed until we repeal them. And that we should not be trying to lose the war on drugs just because people think it's a bad war. If you think it's a bad war, work to end it, not to lose it.
