I am about to relocate to Greensboro and have been in town looking for a rental house. I have narrowed it down to two properties and am just at a loss as to which one I should go with so I am hoping someone can give some advice/input. Unfortunately, the decision really needs to be made in the next 24 hours so hopefully someone is available.
First place is in "the cardinal" subdivision near PTI (I am aware of plane noise concerns however, I previously lived right by the el in Chicago, so I think I'll be fine). Second is on Fairway Drive near the Friendly Center in what I think is called Green Valley.
About me: I am 32, single, female, no kids. I work from home so commute isn't really an issue. I am trying to find a safe, quiet, walkable area that is fairly convenient. Will one of these fit better than the other? Thank you in advance for any help!!!

Reason: typo
Thank you all for your input! In the end, the realtor called me back and said that the property near Friendly had decided it would not take my dog after all, so I ended up with the other one. Hopefully that area won't be too inconvenient, or, if so, I can always move again in a year. Thanks again!
The Cardinal will be very nice too. There is a excellent Lowe's grocery store close to the Cardinal.
Jefferson Village is fairly close also. It has a Target, Ten Thousand Villages, Starbucks, Michael's, Cold Stone, etc. Near there is a great newish neighborhood library with rocking chairs. Very cool.
New Garden Nursery is on that side of town. Great place to check out plants and landscaping items.
Phoenix Asian Cuisine in that part of town--one of the best Asian restaurants in town, IMO. It has a great bar also.
You can still get to Friendly Center and Downtown fairly easily so I think you are set!
