City Bev is great. I am a big fan of Stella Brew in Ardmore too. No tasting room, but a great selection (including a well-curated growler station), a friendly, knowledgeable owner and staff and competitive prices.

^ Hey CBC, thanks for the Stella Brew recommendation. I haven't been there yet, but I'll definitely stop by.

Anyone been to Small Batch in downtown WS? I've been there a couple of times now, and I really like it. It's a very simple and unassuming place--bar on one wall and tables along the other wall--with rather sparse and rustic decor. Very good craft brews, and the food is very good too (although the selection is limited).

Anyone know of some good restaurants in the Archdale/Trinity area? We have seriously ran out of places to eat and honestly a lot of the restaurants are -not- consistent around here.

So I wanted to know some fave places from locals. we have 2 young children (4/6) and would also like to know some fun family spots. thanks so much!! So thrilled about this move and can't wait to experience FALL!!!! TIA!
Hey,

With children that age, you're going to love Greensboro. The parks, childrens museum, science center, aquatic center, festivals, water parks. I don't eat Indian/Thai, but there are some very good restaurants here.
I've been here 20 years now. I raised my kids here.
No worries.
