Just some updates on some projects and the status.

Steel is being driven for the Greensboro Westin/mixed tower and parking garage
.

Carroll recently announced The 20 story tower portion and 13 story ac hotel will still be built at the CSOB mixed use lot, currently the parking garage portion is the first to be be built(right) there will also be 8 story lofts that will go beside the hotel.
400 bellemeade to the left.

400 bellemeade, I really love the design of this building.

The Hampton inn is nearing completion, and they are working on the interior of the parking garage portion(not pictured)

Thomas Sayre known for his large earth sculptures has one planned next to a stream along the future west section of the downtown greenway loop. Each one he makes is different but they are monumental.

The stream along the future section. I actually never realized that stream was there. Nice to have a natural water feature incorporated into the downtown greenway. Its not a river but it will work
