Supposed to be done by 6am with lane closures according to this projects schedule. They are allowed outside that time with advanced noticed to SCDOT. But when their social media accounts keep posting and extending the closure time each hour here lately sounds like they're just having delays wrapping up overnight work.
Due to this, I wouldn't be surprised if the SCDOT fines the contractor.

it appears that the rough part of 85-N approaching Woodruff Road has been milled down and is much smoother even though it has not been paved yet.
Definitely much smoother, however, now there's a crack that has widened into a channel that gets scrubbed out by traffic and gets wider every week. Certain tires widths will drop into the channel and scrape both sides.
