I am looking to relocate to the Greenville area and would like some help finding properties where I can have horses. I will need a 3-4 bedroom home and have 2 horses. Any info on where to look or realtors to contact would be great. I will be in town in 3 weeks.

Excellent post...I'll be interested to see if someone has a few ideas. We too are moving to Greenville and are also looking for a 3-4 bedroom house to rent...doesn't appear to be a ton of options. Wishing you the best!

Look for property management companies. They handle most of the rentals. Just google pm companies in Greenville SC.

I've seen some postings on Craigs List recently for Northern Greenville county that allow for horses. I believe it was a 3 bedroom house and 3 stall barn on acreage. But didn't come cheap, of course!

Some good (read: higher quality) PM companies are Marchant and C Dan Joyner.

Where are you looking? I see a ton of 3/4 bedrooms houses in the area. But you have to be prepared to pay for them. $1300 to $1500+ for most.

^ Yes, of the 18 total between both sites, 5 would appear to be workable. Appreciate the assist.
