The corner lot of 0.59 acres at West Wade Hampton Boulevard at Mount Vernon Road, presently owned by 3384 LLC, formerly the parking lot for the former D&D Motors used cars sales, would be small for an Outback Steakhouse freestanding building with ample parking.
Davenport Properties LLC owns the rest of the used car sales property along Mount Vernon Road.
I would take Outback Steakhouse locating on the site as speculation at this time.

One of other thing to note. This is one of only handful of stores that serves milkshakes. This is the first location in SC (2nd in the Carolinas) and farthest south that serve them. I had one last night and it was quite tasty.

Family restaurants usually do not serve beer and wine. Brookside 101 Restaurant will likely serve them.
The site has a revolving door of failed restaurants. It has limited visibility and little signage from West Wade Hampton Boulevard. Any restaurant would need to make huge strides in quality of food, reasonable prices and excellent service to make up for limited exposure.

Ate there with the fam on Sat night. Was packed out and the line was long-ish and moving. Great sign. I had a Salted Caramel Milkshake and it was really good. I put it up with Chick-Fil-A milkshakes.
Oh I have missed my boardwalk style fries and vinegar! Sooo goood.
