Culver's #574 is having food quality, service, and drive thru issues. Food is coming out either not cooked or overburnt. Crew members are in back of house doing nothing. Vehicles are parking past the drive thru window parked in the fire lane waiting for orders.
I don't get your animosity towards this particular restaurant. I remember your post from last year complaining about cars having to pull forward and wait for food. That's the intentional design the chain uses nationwide. We've never gotten any bad food from there, either inside or at the drive thru.

I'm not sure if you're joking or have just never eaten there. You pay for your order at the window, get a number and drive forward to wait for your food to be brought out. Even if you're the only person in line. They have multiple parking lanes in front of the building specifically for that.

Culver's disagrees with you on its drive thru design. Its intentional design is you ordering at the menu, waiting until it is your turn at the window, and paying for and picking up your order at the window. It is what it is.
Bad quality and bad service earn quick and dubious mention.
The process of a successful Culver's is to place your order at the menu and have a fresh and hot meal ready for pickup at the window within two to three minutes. Any wait longer than three minutes and past the drive thru window is abnormal and concerning.
Perhaps the Culver's in Greer has some operational or quality control issues. I have only dined at the location on Woodruff Rd. and the food quality has been good. They are a step above most typical fast food, and their drive thru process may take a bit longer.

I didn't realize you founded the chain. Of course you have the right to complain about the Greer location then. I am curious as to why your original location (sorry, I meant Culver's #0001) has eight parking slots forward of the drive thru for cars to pull forward:
or why this 19 year old article, when it was a small regional chain says the following:

But the food is a bit pricier at Culver's, and it is definitely not fast. In fact, people pay in the drive-thru and then pull forward - someone actually has to bring it out to them. But at least that's a reminder that the food isn't cooked until after we order -which is hard to serve up in minutes and seconds.
Anyone else tried Rigsby's Smoked Burgers and Wings in the publix shopping center at Parkway?. We gave it a try this evening and both of us enjoyed it quite a lot. The Sweet Tea Brined, Smoked Chicken is really tasty and my wife says the Classic Cheeseburger is pretty good too.
Heard a rumor the other day that Longhorn is coming to the former D&D site next to Culvers. Can any of our commercial real estate "insiders" confirm this? That would be amazing if true. Thanks!
Heard OB as well, years ago...sorta like I've heard Publix coming
Wouldn't mind a place like that in our area, we could use it...and a Publix too, just sayin.
No Kidding. Looks like Simpsonville getting their third Publix and zero for the Greater Greer area.
