It would have been cool to have BPS, but the land is still zoned for retail I believe, so there is still opportunity for something good to come.

BPS just recently announced a new store for Morgantown, WV.

I wonder if/when they build there is dependent on when they get out of their lease at Magnolia Park? That is a small Cabela's, and it wouldn't make sense to have that location if they build a big BPS. If they have a 10yr lease, perhaps we'll see construction start in a few years...

That's what I a wondering/hoping.

I am not too big on Bass Pro, but the Cabela's stores in other areas are destinations, in themselves. The Cabela's store in Greenville is nice, but because of it's size, it doesn't have all of the bells and whistles that the larger stores have.
