We never rush out and "stock up". I figure it is an opportunity for a forced "diet mode", lol.

There wasn't much to speak of in Gray Court when I got home about 2pm.. There's a decent dusting of sleet on the ground currently. Looks about like Greenville did at 1pm or so.

On Century Dr in Greenville.. Some SOB needs to play the lottery.. I think it's Century Cir that runs back to Stonesthrow apts.. Some guy was driving down there and had a tree fall on his car. Not a branch.. A TREE. No injury or anything.. Didn't look like it hurt the car badly.. But.. What are the odds?

Once we saw that, we evacuated the office. took me an hour to get home, but it got a whole lot better around exit 33 on 385.. I'd say that line has moved now.

Yeah, I stayed home this morning and watching the live shots from downtown looked different than my house close to Eastside HS. I had probably about an inch of snow and then sleet.

We are in Taylors and so far we had about 2 inches of snow/ice. The roads were covered with slush this morning but are now freezing up. They are saying more snow is on the way. It's snowing in TR now, so I guess we are next. Thankfully, we haven't lost power so far. We have a warm fire in the fireplace and we will be staying put.

The difference in a few miles. On this end of GC, there was a good bit of sleet on the ground. Id bet I was behind you on 385. Black Nissan??
