According to the developer's website, cedarwooddevelopment.com , the population within a 7 mile radius is 106,604 with an average income of $50,133. The traffic count on Hwy 123 in front of the site is 36,800.
Traffic count on US-123 will increase as more businesses occupy Easley Town Center.
Within the seven-mile radius, you are attracting populations from Easley and Powdersville, both growing with upper middle income residences. If Liberty and Pickens were included in the area, then you have fring populations that can support either locations in Anderson, Easley or Greenville. I do see that population radius surpassing 125,000.
Petsmart is being built in between Kohls and Walmart along with some other small retail. On the OTHER side(across the road) they are raising a new structure, and if they are following the current plan we have seen, I believe it will be Academy sports

Looks like they have started on Marshalls also which will be next to Petsmart.
That is Academy going up across from Kohl's - I can't believe how fast! I guess since they started on Marshall's the Longhorn won't be far behind either.

Thanks. It's pretty exciting all the new stores coming up
It really is. What's the word on Sam's Club? How about Bed, Bath & Beyond?
Sams Club is a go but from what I can tell they haven't started building it yet. Bed Bath and Beyond has no plans of moving in right now, they were mentioned earlier on in the plan, but must have backed out for right now.
Personally I would rather see something like a World Market ;-) I know probably a pipe dream but BB&B did acquire Cost Plus(the company that owns world market) recently.
