New Dollar Tree now under construction in Mauldin. Exciting I know.
According to the news today Mauldin has put the brakes on new dollar store development for 6 months looking to curb them in the future. Wish the whole county would do this to slow down these eyesores. At least put some design standards on them so they can't throw up these ugly prefab looking boxes like DG does.

The dollar stores in the old Eckerd drugstore buildings look nicer.

Yeah this will not affect the one being built I dont think. I think this is for any new ones after this one was approved.
I went to First Watch on Saturday. They hosted a benefit for Let There Be Mom as part of their training period. The food was delicious. I think it is a good addition to the area.
Speaking of breakfast Wendy's launching breakfast soon with items like Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits and Frosty-ccino's. lol
Yeah I asked about it when I was in one a few weeks ago and the girl said it was a staged roll out and they were looking at like June before they would start selling breakfast.
