Where in Anderson? There's nothing on their website.

Ugh.. the former Ryan's at 904 E Main St in Laurens has been demolished and a Taco Bell is going up in its place.

This will actually be the second time Taco Bell has tried Laurens.. One opened and closed in the 90's just up the road. Building is actually still there, and I think it's a title loan place now.

Boy, I barely remember that, but I know they were there. IIRC, they went in with KFC in Laurens, I know they are in Clinton.

Yeah.. This is the building that was Taco Bell. https://goo.gl/maps/DTKqKsbfzx12

I think you're confusing the Taco Bell with the Long John Silvers which used to be in THIS building.. https://goo.gl/maps/Duiz4ytBsbA2

That is the one that moved in with KFC.

Nah, I remember LJSs in that building. I thought the Taco Bell had closed and moved into the KFC like the one in Clinton. Maybe it moved to the one in Clinton, I dont really recall. Id have to ask my wife, she would remember better than me.

Can't imagine a Taco Bell not being successful. They all stay pretty busy. The new one should be nice. The new one on Pelham looks more like a Chipotle in the dining area. The Laurens Rd Taco Bell near Verdae in Greenville needs a renovation or more so a rebuild desperately. I felt like I had gone back to the 80's when I was there the other day.

Mayra Gallo, Susan Medellin and Anthony Burton plan to open their 2,800-square-foot concept Crepe du Jour Café & Wine this fall in the former Moe Joe Coffee space at 20 S. Main St. beside Miso’s on Main.
The upscale eatery’s menu will feature an offering of sweet and savory crepes crafted from fresh ingredients, specialty coffees, spirits and other goodies, say the restaurateurs.
Checked Crepe Du Jour's FB page today and they are now getting ready for the Grand Opening. Photos of the inside look great. This will be a real treat for those long walks around town. Will serve well as a brunch, lunch or dessert option for downtown. https://www.facebook.com/authenticfr...perie/?fref=nf
