I think that is a good idea...variety. Have fun.

Actually my therapist advised me to get out of my comfort zone and put my hand up for Jesus to hold and help me try something new. It's scary for me but I am going nowhere right now and losing patience with myself fast so forward I go.

You are not going nowhere. You have prevailed for over a year, and you have a job now. You may not see it, but we do.

Ya know, Cyn life is not a destination, it taking the time to enjoy the little things in life. A good dinner, a sunset, enjoying just being.
Forcing change is fine but if you just go with the flow, change happens anyway naturally.

Thank you all---especially gentlearts for that vote of confidence....
I will have fun elston!
I am so happy to hear so many of you see me as moving forward--I suppose I am the very last to see it! I am so confused as to who I am! I know it's normal but that doesn't mean I have to like "normal"--ha! Going from feeling like I had my life under control to feeling so totally out of control is so difficult for me. And patience--oh I do lack that and need to work on it. Once again just stopping by here has helped me in so many ways today! Again, Thanks!

The new church was fun and an interesting group of people. All very nice and totally different from my church! Still for some reason I feel like my home is at my church--that is where I was Baptized, became a member and have my church family. It is also quite close to my home. But I do still like the idea of exploring the other churches in the area. I am so new to all of this and do find it very interesting! Plus it is a great way to get out and meet the people in this community. The girl friend I went with to church yesterday is such a God send...she is always encouraging me to go and try new things. She is very outgoing like I use to be. I need that. Now she wants her and I to try to start up a hiking group for people meeting people who enjoy being out in Gods country! Not only healthy but yet another way to be around like-minded people!
I am going through so much right now--lots of anxiety--trying to figure out who I am and where I am going--just trying to hard I guess and as shh1313 pointed out--I need to go with the flow. Wish I could make my brain understand that!

Mowed yesterday and today is a lunch with Hospice and tomorrow is work. Not sure what I had but I was so sick last night. My head was spinning I was nauseated and kept getting sweaty. I only had and ensure for breakfast and a bowl of soup for dinner so not sure...maybe not enough to eat! I feel better today but have been awake since 2am so I'm pretty tired. Maybe after lunch I'll try to take a nap. I will make a better effort to eat more today too. Have a blessed day everyone!

I know and am going to really put out an effort dear elston! I do snack on things like a spoonful of peanut butter but I know I am not doing very well so I did go out and buy some good healthy foods! I just have to make myself eat now. But today it is a nice Mexican lunch with friends so I know I will eat well there!
