Oh how nice hospice can give your Santa a new home I'm sure holiday decorations are not high on their list of budget items. Thanks for blessing them in turn it blessed your heart. Hope you have some comfort knowing DH's ashes are nearer to you now too. The grandkids will be thrilled to see you Thursday enjoy the day sorry you're still having trouble with eBay.

Had a nice Thanksgiving with the kids and grand kids. Wasn't the normal but I already knew that it wouldn't be. I was home before dark. I was invited to the neighbors today for their Thanksgiving--they have it on Saturday so thier son can come as he lives out of town. I was going to go but forgot today it when they are suppose to pick up some more of those boxes of transmission parts. Sure hope they have another check too. I hate getting stressed about that! Anyhow the neighbors siad they would bring me a plate if I can't make it---how nice! This is the one that has ALS too.

Awww... he could have called and told you he wasn't going to be there today. That would have made it nicer for you and your neighbors.

Thinking of you every day, Cyn.

My wonderful neighbors--the one who has ALS, brought me 4 plates full of Thanksgiving dinner! They celebrate on Saturday so their whole family can be there--and they asked if I would care to join them--since I am part of the family ( ) but I decided to say no because I am feeling very down from stopping my ADHD meds so instead they brought it to me. I am so blessed!

Counting your blessings is a wonderful thing for you to be able to do. You are definitely a winner!

Now be sure to eat those plates that the neighbors brought over.....gifts of love. (I imagine the critters will get a little of the Thanksgiving feast)....my dogs were always spoiled after Thanksgiving and would refuse to go back to regular rations for awhile. I had one dog who used to take the spoonfuls of dog food out of his dish and line them up on the kitchen floor....I think he wanted me to be sure to see he wasn't eating and wanted more turkey!
