cyn - I am also thinking of you and your pets and offering thoughts and prayers. You are such a good mom to them and take such good care of them, and you're doing the right thing. You have all of us supporting you and wishing you the best. These times are never easy, when we have to put our pets down. Very difficult. Know that you'll get through this and they'll be in a better place as well.

We all love you, cyn!

Very well put, elko.
Cyn, do you still have any kitties?
I know that pets are an added emotional and financial responsibility, but I truly hope you are never without the comfort of a furry companion, even if it is working with shelter animals or just caring for the animals at the pet store.

I do have 2 indoor kitties that came with us from Calif so they are pretty old too and one outdoor kitty who just showed up one day and decided he liked it here! Just living outside here can make his days limited sadly but even though he is fixed he still sprays so he stays outside. He is a good boy and will miss the dogs the most. He joins us on every walk and loves the dogs. I will also be dog sitting and hopefully continue working at Petsense. I hope this new manager fits in perfect!
Yesterday was hard at work, it was difficult not to be emotional but I can't take my personal life to work so I worked on remembering that and did okay on the outside.
Thank you each and everyone for standing beside /behind me and holding me up during this most difficult time! Don't know what I would do without you!

Hope your DH is feeling better today elston.
I'm feeling badly today but I think it's as much emotional as physical. Am going to try to get busy doing things that should be done anyhow! It's hard to muster up the energy but it has to be done!

I agree with elston Jayden! The holidays just are hard!
I am having a very very difficult time right now.....even knowing I am doing the right thing I hurt so bad! Can't sleep, eating is forced, just back to square one right now...hopefully things will turn around after Saturday.
Hope everyone has a blessed day!

I am trying elston but still the pain is horrible. I try very hard not to show it since dogs are so aware and have been taking several walks enjoying the lovely weather. Bubba was rolling around in the grass this morning smiling the whole time. I put that in my memories!
