It seems so strange not going out first thing to walk my dogs. My poor outside kitty doesn't understand! He loved his walks with the dogs. I'd go out and take a walk with him but right now the memories are to fresh and it would be difficult for me.
Thank you all for staying by my side. I really really need you right now. I will get through this but it will take time.
Have a blessed day everyone!

Cyn....there is no doubt.....we are standing with you and we understand. Collectively we know how hard your decisions were and how necessary ....you "will get through this" and yes, "it will take time".

My favorite poet is emily dickinson....

"Will there really be a "Morning"?
Is there such a thing as "Day"?
Could I see it from the mountains
If I were as tall as they?

Has it feet like Water lilies?
Has it feathers like a Bird?
Is it brought from famous countries
Of which I have never heard?

Oh some Scholar! Oh some Sailor!
Oh some Wise Men from the skies!
Please to tell a little Pilgrim
Where the place called "Morning" lies!"

I think that describes where you are right now.....unable to see the morning after. So take it one day at a time......don't push or rush yourself. Your feelings are legitimate and they are your feelings. I know you will hold them and walk with them....and find the morning.

Awful weather 3 days in a row. It perfectly matches my mood. Going for walks helps.

We have and still need the rain so badly.....we can take as much as we can get in S FL.

Going out for walks is a great anti-depressant.

My fridge broke overnight. Of course on Wednesday I did a big grocery shopping. When it rains it pours...

Hey Jayden, I hear you! I am so sorry you are having these problems. I can feel your pain.
I got a call from work last night and apparently there was $300.00 missing from the bank deposit. Now I'm glad I didn't work last week. I guess one of our main girls threw her keys on the counter and quit. Not sure where that will leave us now. More stress..who needs it!!
Loved the poem elston. Thank you!

Good Morning everyone. "It's always something. If its not one thing.........its another" Roseanne Roseannadanna (SNL)

I am joining the club of Household calamities.....the bottom of our hot water heater is leaking due to the corrosive water here in Florida. We are replacing it with a tankless heater and adding a system to remove the chemicals coming into the house that corrode the pipes and appliances. We replaced the hot water tank less than 6 years ago....and they are NOT cheap. That is why we decided to upgrade and add the purification and a tankless heating system.

We have the same issues here elston. Our water is horrible. I wanted a tankless water heater--have heard all good things about them but they were to costly for me. Having a purification system is great! Would love that too! It will be worth it!

Hi cyn. Glad you weren't there now for sure they can't blame you for stealing. I was a cashier once and got fired for missing $50. i didn't take a penny from the drawere much less $50. Who stole it I don't know.

Landlord said Monday a repairman can come to try to fix a fridge that was used when I moved in 20 plus years ago. I said no thanks. He's going to give me $250 credit when i buy a new fridge. So tomorrow I'm going to buy a new fridge. EEKK I never bought anything big like that by myself.

Any recommendations for a good brand for a fridge? Should I buy an extended warranty?

thanks everyone.
