In Wisconsin, that's the only way to celebrate Christmas. A freshly cut fur makes the house smell wonderful and really begins the season to be jolly.

I loved driving around looking at the lights in the other neighborhoods!

Italian sounds delicious! I am not doing a traditional meal this year.....all seafood: Crab legs, seared scallops with a brandy cream sauce, baked clams with shallots, white wine and garlic, Oysters Rockefeller and a nice green salad.

Come on down! ha!

The dinner won't be that hard to make this year...I just did not want to stay in the kitchen all freakin' day basting a turkey or ham. I am excited!

Merry Christmas!

Mr W., yeah I remember an annual trip to Coleman's. It was unique, & fun. One of the museums in P-town salvaged some of the Coleman's decorations & displays 'em around Christmas now.

After Coleman's, we used cross the border over in to Suffolk & check out Mike's Trainland. Back in the late 8os, early 9os, he used to have elaborate holiday train displays. I remember one room was a big train set up, surrounded by a Playmobil village. It was cool.
