Godforsaken revenue generators harassing innocent motorists. Boils my blood.

If your car needs repairs - suggest you do that on that mainland before you ship to Hilo - often you have to wait for parts and it is more expensive.

Things that can trip you up on a safety check include: tailight out, turn signal light out, brake light out, headlight out, cracked side mirrors, tinted windows, license plate light out, or modifying your car - lack adding or lowering height with special shocks - if you have a stock car, everything works, you'll have no problem - there is no emission test.

Have you ever been to Maui? Half the trucks have a 2ft lift, and the other half are low riders with a pearlescent metallic purple paintjob.
